In Episode 42, Rob rejoins the podcast to discuss our new upcoming Tasmania opportunities with Minh. Tasmania is a new area for us at NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA, but we are extremely excited to launch into this new region, and have been preparing for many months now.
SDA is in extremely high demand in TAS as there is very very few housing options available there currently. Minh and Rob discuss the builder we have carefully chosen to partner with for our future TAS builds and the current land situation in the area.
GOALS:
It is our goal to see Participants with high-needs disabilities being appropriately housed in accommodation that is right for them. Purpose built homes promote opportunities for social and economic participation, enhance self-determination, and create conditions for Participants to lead vibrant, safe, and independent lives.
